I'm a huge dessert fan so when I saw that my blogging challenge for today was the subject of Mexico I knew straight away that I wanted to focus upon food. All of these recipes were found on the
Betty Crocker website and all photographs belong to them too.
I'm a really visual person and so these photos provide lots of inspiration for me to try out the desserts. I love all of the ingredients that I have included here and it gives you a chance to sample a slice of Mexico.
