Glacier Gloss- BeautyUK - Peach for the Sky & Atomic Pink review

Hello everyone. Hope you are all well. 

I get excited about new lip products and the shades I'm always drawn to are the peaches and pinks. I tend to mix up whether I wear lip glosses or lip sticks just depending on the wear of them. With glosses, a necessity for me is that they are not sticky. I don't like the hair-stuck-to-my-lips look as soon as a gust of wind blows. I tend to look out for moisturisation, wearability and particular colours and packaging.

BeautyUK have released a new collection of Glacier Glosses which promise high impact shine and an intense colour. The collection is available in 10 different shades and I have two of them here in *Peach For The Sky no.3 and *Atomic Pink no.6 to show you and review.

The Glacier Glosses retail for £2.99 each and are available on the BeautyUk website or in Superdrug stores.

There are a variety of shades ranging from the nudes up to the more intense purple and red.

The lip glosses have a protective plastic coating so you can be safe in the knowledge that no one has tried them out before you purchase them. At the top is the *Atomic Pink which is a gorgeous vibrant pink shade and the lower one is the *Peach for the Sky.

I like the tubes how you can see the shades clearly and the actual design of them. They do feel a little plasticky but don't look it.

They have a doe foot applicator which makes application easy. The Atomic Pink one seems to pick up more colour whereas my peach one had to be dipped back in to get more product.

The Peach shade is a more nude tone and required a few layers to get an even colour whereas the Atomic pink was vibrant with one easy swipe and is my favourite out of the two.

Overall I'm impressed with the Glacier Glosses as they apply smoothly and feel moisturising on the lips. They are not sticky which is a massive bonus and they have a sweet scented smell to them. They also lasted for a few hours before they needed reapplying which is great. I love the two shades that I was sent and for £2.99 can afford to buy more shades in the range.

Tony Moly and Etude House sweet little picks

Hello everyone,

Today I am showing you what I received a little while ago in my stocking at Christmas. I absolutely love Tony Moly and Etude House products. They have the most aesthetically pleasing cute items and I want them all. I am drawn to cute items and you can see a theme here that I have gone for all pink (My favourite colour.) Not only are they super cute to look at, they are also fab products to use too.
I will show you what I have so far and then do swatches and reviews in future posts. All of the items were from Ebay and ranged from £2 up to £6 each. I received a few samples with the orders too which are always great to receive.

As they are so cute I like them sitting pretty and haven't got around to using them. This is one of the reasons that I started to blog as I needed to enjoy items and it encourages me to actually use things. It's no good if they are all dried up and I didn't get to enjoy them so that's what I think to myself no matter how pretty something looks.

These are the five items that I have; three lip products, one nail polish and a solid perfume bar.

This is a Tony Moly Petite Bunny Gloss Bar. Look at the the little ears and face! This smells of strawberry and is in the shade 01.

Tony Moly - Hello Bunny Perfume bar- This one is in Dodo Rose. It has a pop off lid and the scent smells gorgeous straight away.

Tony Moly Fruit Princess Gloss in strawberry. Look at her little face! It makes me laugh! Her strawberry head unscrews and the lipgloss is contained in the pot at the bottom with an attached brush.

Etude House Kissful lip care in 02 Strawberry. I love the packaging and the doll head on the front. Unfortunately my puppy ran off with this and bit the packaging! This a lovely scented strawberry lip balm.

Finally I have an Etude Housepink ice cream nail polish. The packaging is amazing and I really want the full set!

Juicy Couture - Viva La Juicy - Couture essentials set review

Happy Wednesday everyone!

Today I have a Juicy Couture set in Viva La Juicy that I received as a Birthday present from my mum and dad. I love the Juicy Couture brand and used to have a gorgeous baby blue and pink handbag with charms on it and I've always wanted the perfume too.

As I opened the wrapping paper I was really delighted as this was a surprise. I absolutely love this kit and have never seen one with all of the make up in too. I'm not entirely sure where it was bought from as it was a gift but am sure after a quick Google it will be trackable.

Inside the box there is a Viva La Juicy eau de Parfum spray, a gorgeous cosmetics bag, a stiletto charm, a nail lacquer duo in pink and black and an Eau De Parfum roller ball with a pink lip gloss.

The box that it is packaged in is well designed, bright and I'm going to keep it as the back  of it looks great for displaying.

The lipgloss is of great quality and has a sheer pink to it whilst the rollerball is perfect for popping into your bag for a refresh of Parfum.

I love the design of the Juicy Couture bottle and the scent is gorgeous. It has top notes of juicy mandarin and wild berries, heart notes of honeysuckle, gardenia and jasmine petals with base notes of amber, caramel woods, praline, vanilla and sandalwood.

I really like the colour of this cosmetics bag and it will be handy to keep the roller ball and lipgloss in on a night out.

The charm is a super cute stiletto and is boxed. I'm impressed with the quality of the item too.

This is one coat of the polishes and they are incredibly opaque and applied so smoothly. The colour really compliment each other too so I will wear them both at once with accent nails.

I love this kit and think that it makes a fantastic gift.

Clinique whole lotta candy!

Clinique have just announced their Christmas collection  which will be available from 4th October 2013.
These three chubby sticks look good enough to eat with their candy style wrapping and will come in a set of three for £20 . With names such as Pudgy Peony, Voluptuous Violet and Two Ton Tomato it's alliteration at its best.
Pudgy Peony looks divine!
